I rent out my own apartment in a residential gated complex, without intermediaries, on the sea in Bulgaria, in the area of St Vlas. This place has a perfect micro-climate for health: the combination of sea and mountain air, coniferous and healing smells of pine forest. Especially beneficial for children and adults with problems of the respiratory system. The residential complex is located on the border of the national park at the foothills by the sea. The apartment has 2 rooms (bedroom and living room), kitchen, bathroom, large balcony. The apartment is equipped with bed for 2 persons, fold-out sofa with sleeping places for 2 persons, wardrobe, cupboard, kitchen with everything necessary for eating and cooking, food storage. There are all the appliances in the apartment (a refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, TV). Each room of the apartment is air-conditioned. The Internet is connected for a fee (about 1 euro per day). Secure parking in the complex for free.
The sea is only 5 minutes walk. The complex has two private beaches, the bottom is flat and sandy. The road to the sea goes through the landscaped area of the complex. Clean sandy beach. Gently sloping sandy entrance to the sea. This is the south coast, the bay, so it's warm.
On-site there is everything like at hotels: 16 (!!!) pools for children and adults with slides, waves, etc., many playgrounds, volleyball, soccer, bike rental, 2 tennis courts with lighting.
