Short description

Exclusive two-storey apartment (120 square meters, 3 terraces), located in the fashionable resort of Sveti Vlas in complex arena 1, located in the center. On the ground floor:

— spacious lounge with large dining table, corner sofa and TV, air conditioning.

— kitchen area equipped with everything you need — refrigerator, stove (built-in ceramic), washing machine, microwave and all necessary utensils.

On the second floor: 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom with a large terrace and a double bed (160 cm). Second bedroom with large double bed (180 cm). Many bed linen sets and towels.

Pool under the Windows in the courtyard. Throughout the complex security and video surveillance. Very quiet. Parking is free.

For children of any age is a great animation.
