The property includes two separate rooms with one large balcony. The large windows create a bright and sunny atmosphere in the apartment. The living room has a kitchenette, which blends well with the interior. The property accommodates five adults. The apartment accommodates up to seven persons.

The beach of Sunny Beach is 200 metres away. Quiet location — across the street from all the entertainment venues and tourist congestion. A water park and a disco are within easy reach.
